Charles Koopman Sr. got into the roofing business because local businesses and property owners needed someone they could depend on to make their building dry and comfortable all year long. That was in 1959, and since then Koopman has expanded into commercial roofing and foam insulation – bringing a full selection of weatherization solutions for residential homes, schools, churches, large industry, high rises and hospitals across Central Iowa.
